Mari is a former lawyer who decided to leave the courtroom behind to pursue her passion for travel and become a Travel Advisor. Mari has travelled extensively - among her favorite trips so far have been a Kenyan Safari with her family that included a night at Giraffe Manor in Nairobi and a trip to Morocco with hikes in the Atlas Mountains and an unforgettable dinner in the Agafay Desert. Specializing in crafting tailor-made itineraries, Mari particularly enjoys planning group trips catering to various interests and preferences. Whether it's a family adventure, a girls' getaway, a multi-generational trip, or a dream African Safari, she has the expertise to create unforgettable experiences for her clients. Originally from Chicago, Mari has called Atlanta home for over two decades. Mari lives with her husband, Michael, her four kids, two of whom are already in college, and her two Bernese Mountain Dogs. When she is not planning amazing trips for clients or travelling, Mari spends her free time studying Italian, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.

Maribeth LaScala made our mother/daughter 2 week trip to Italy beyond amazing!! We visited Sicily, Rome, Florence, Verona, Venice, Lake Como and flew home from Milan. Every place we visited she made special whether it was time by the ocean in Sicily to relax after a long flight or a 1962 white convertible car driving us around Rome at night to see all of the beautiful places lit up or a relaxing 3 hour private boat ride to be amazed by all of the beauty that Lake Como has to offer! We saw beautiful art in Rome and Florence and didn't wait in any lines! She covered every detail and did everything for us including flights, transfers, English speaking drivers, hotel reservations, dinner reservations and English speaking private tour guides, boat rides and one of the most valuable and time saving things Maribeth arranged for us was having an English speaking person meet us when we landed at every airport and walk us through customs and duty free tax lines when needed! We also loved having our whole itinerary on an App so we could follow each perfectly planned day! She went above and beyond with joy in helping us on a trip of a lifetime! We will cherish this trip as long as we live and we have Maribeth to thank for making it so memorable and so wonderful for us in every way!
